How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6011872 / WP8183202 Washer Door Hinge

Shopped around and Appliance parts pros had the lowest price, there video on there site showed mw what I needed to do to fix it , as it turns out my model of washer slightly different than the one in the video so I did not have to take off the trim pieces like the video showed over all the repair took 15 minutes start to finish 

Looked at the accompanying instructional video, followed the directions, the repair was quick, easy and saved money.. 

I had been putting off this repair thinking we would have to call a repair person to the house. After finding the part online and reading previous reviews on their website, ordered from AppliancePartsPros.com. Part was ordered Thursday evening and was on my door step Saturday morning! Unbelievable! My husband was able to replace the broken hinge with the new one in about 15 minutes. My only complaint is I didn't get a vacation from doing laundry! ;) I wish all e-commerce sites were as good as this. Highly recommended!
