First thing I did is to ignore my wife, who was insistent on me calling a repairman to fix the door, which would not open or close correctly. I took a good look at the hinge, and just kind of said, "Hm, that looks pretty simple if I see it right. Let's Google "Whirlpool washer parts" and see what comes up, which was your website. I happened to have the model number handy, and plugged it in, and just a minute or so later, I had the part, and was totally confident I had the right one. Then, on the bottom of the part descriptor, there was a video hyperlink on how to install it, which I watched, validating that this job was going to be easy. I ordered the part on-line, which expedited freight, and within 24 hours, I had my part, and within 15 minutes, I had replaced the door. All before my wife had the chance to follow up on when the repairman was coming to fix the door.
