I have a new stove ordered, probably on a ship offshore somewhere, but I realized that cooking a 22-pound turkey was going to be challenging, with varying temps, and forget baking holidays goodies. I watched a couple of youtubes and found ApplianceParts Pro. I diagnosed what I hoped was the part and ordered it. The first one came on November 18 and was broken. I was about to give up when I decided to call. I spoke to Kenny, who asked me to send pictures of my broken igniter and the packaging. I did and received an email Friday the 19, telling me a new igniter shipped. It arrived later Monday the 22nd and Tuesday we proceeded to take apart my old stove.
We pretty much disassembled the entire stove and never found the harness to plug in the new piece. We rewired it to the old one and Thanksgiving was on!! Thank you!!
