How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6008659 / WP35-6465 Drain Pump Assembly

First I would like to say that I did not expect the shipping to be so quick. Ordered on Thursday, received on Friday...blazing fast. I installed the hub ring and a drain pump in less that an hour. Very happy with the products which resolved both problems. 

Replaced drain pump. 

Recieved parts as scheduled. Replaced Drain Pump Assembley, simple job. Changing the Subber Ring was a different story. The only real problem here was removing and replacing the six springs. I'm glad I go to the gym 5 days a week, the biggest problem was the back two springs. I didn't have a trap door in the back so I had to reach the from the front. YOUR Video DID WARM OF THIS. Putting a new belt was also an easy job. The washed is like new again. THANKS TO YOUR HELP. Ken Stohr 

Replaced the Drain Pump Assembly. 

Disassembled and replaced the pump. installed new belt and motor spring

Replaced washer pump and pulley 

I ordered the new water pump and it took only a few minutes to replace. Lift up the washer and remove the drive belt. Unscrew the 3 screws holding the pump to the washer floor and unhook the two hoses. Before disconnecting the two hoses, make sure either the washer is empty of water or have a bucket handy. To install the new pump just install the three base screws and hook up the two hoses (they were different sizes on mine so there was no way to mix them up). 

Bought a new pump from you, and replaced it. 

Replace. Test
