How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP5263280 / W10400895 Tub Centering Spring Kit

Talked to parts rep. And ordered new tub suspension springs and centering springs, and no more jumping. Thanks appliance parts pro for the how to video. 

I watched the appliance parts pros video on how to replace the suspension rods and now my machine works great! The fix took me about 45 min...I needed a hand to hold the top section up, and the wash bin up, during the repair, but it's a relatively easy fix. 

Replaced suspension bearings and centering springs. They were easy to replace using the video.

Opened washer to find two centering springs were never installed in the unit. One of the suspension rods had disengaged as well. Replaced all springs and suspension bearings. Works as it should have when new. Problem had existed for a long time. 

I ordered four new springs and replaced them, put it back together and I works great. 

Changed the suspension rods and two small tension springs on the right side. All is well. 

My neighbor did it. Some things can't do by myself. This family has been very helpful. He and I were watching your video and Bam! saw the problem 

Order new balance spring kit and replacement only took one hour. Works like brand new. Wife is happy. 

My brother-in-law fix it with my assistance. (I helped tip the machine, new springs) Repair guy wanted 200.00 for repair, did have to pay him 70.00 for service call, but the parts cost me 51 and change.
