How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP5263280 / W10400895 Tub Centering Spring Kit

Replacing the rods corrected the problem. 

With the parts I ordered from you! Everything fit perfectly and now my washer is no longer a boom/bang machine. 

Installed new suspension rods (4) and new center springs (4) which were not on the washer. Also watched repair fit videos on you tube on how to diagnose the problem and how to repair it. 

The plastic suspension pieces were broken on one of the metal rods. Replaced those and works great now.

Everything went perfect my machine is back to 100% the repairs took about an hour and a half the parts fit perfectly thank you very much I can do laundry again and not go to the laundromat 

One of the tub suspension rods appeared to be broken along with one or more tub centering springs. Both were ordered and received. Full disassembly revealed that the one rod was simply loose at the upper end but there were no centering springs on any of the four rods. The rod was re-attached and four new springs installed. The washing machine runs like new. The suspension rod kit will be returned for credit.

I asked a repair guy to look at it, he suggested springs or suspension replacement... I then googled possible solutions on the replacement for these items. Appliance Parts had the lowest prices and also had a video on how to put the parts on!! It Was a win-win!!! I was able to do the repair myself and parts came in a matter of days! Saved me lots of money! I already reccomened this site to people at work! I only needed one tool!!!
