How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6020256 / WPW10352973 Dispenser Actuator

Ordered dispenser motor. Part came the next day! WOW! Watched video. Had washer working in ten minutes!!!! I am a 58 year old woman... It was easy peasy. What a sweet sound when that washer stared filling up! Your prices are great and your info is wonderful!!! 

Found others had problem and what they did to fix. Found part and ordered. Video showed how to replace part. Problem solved, washer works fine now. 

I was able to diagnose what the problem part was and ordered the part. It arrived the next day which was unexpected and wonderful. 

I replaced the motor and it worked right away. The part came in two days. Wow! That was fast! 

Replaced the Water Inlet Flow Meter 

New detergent motor 

The dispenser water valve timer was ordered. Fixed the problem. 

Ordered an OEM part and replaced it myself. Watched the video by AppliancePartsPros.com that provided the instructions to replace the part. Saved hundreds of dollars in service call and the price for the part. 

Replaced the Dispenser Actuator, and it was easy. However, this is the fourth time I've had to replace this part in less than 3 years. The first replacement part lasted 2 years, the second replacement part lasted only 8 months, and the third replacement part lasted only 5 months!
