How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP3094463 / 285587 Washer Agitator Thrust Washer

Ordered the parts from the diagram on the website. Watched the very informative video showing how to disassemble and re-assemble the agitator. Everything went very well and as described. 

Removed the agitator and installed the new dogs. 

I used the parts that I ordered from AppliancePartsPros.com and took the time to watch the repair video to reinforce my thoughts and knowledge of the repair. Replaced nylon cogs 

I took it apart and determined the parts needed to fix (agitator dogs and thrust washer). Ordered parts - received parts the next day. Replaced parts - put together. Works great! Side note - instructions included in thrust washer were for a part on a dryer. 

Ordered the parts shown on the web page and after a very easy order process online and a quick turn around time in receiving the order ( 2 days ) we installed the new parts and the washer is working properly. Very good experience from start to finish. 

Replaced agitator dogs, agitator cam using the long cam agitator cam kit. Also replaced thrust washer tho it appeared OK 

Removed softener cup and loosened the center bolt and top of agitator came right off. Installed new parts in reverse order. 

I changed the the agitator bolt and thrust washer " which was cracked" and also changed the dog tags which where worn out. Back in business. I love this site, especially the set by step videos.This place has saved me a lot of money by fixing the problem and shipping is fast. 

I follow the instruction on attached video step by step, then I have my own simple tools, it took me about 15 minutes to replace it. I am very happy because all the fix cost less than $10, and did it by myself. Thank you Appliance Parts Pros Company for help.
