The arm that bolts the drum to the bearing was eroded away. Purchased new arm from appliancepartspros.com.
It was delivered promptly and I replaced the arm. This appears to be a problem or more likely a manufacturer defect. After receiving my part I had it powder coated to increase the life. Also purchased new dampers and bolts. All parts were in stock at the lowest price. Items arrived at my door in 2 days. Outstanding service. Will be back when I need more parts.
