I Replaced the switch. To access the switch, remove metal box by removing two screws (bottom right and left of the box). There are four wire connection points on the switch which are labeled as L, 1, 2, and 3. Prior to disconnecting the wires from the switch, write down what connection point each wire is connected to, so you can reconnect the wires in the same position on the new switch. There are only three wires and they are different colors. To disconnect the wires from the switch, gently insert a small thin screw driver in the connection slot and pull the wires out. I learned this from one of the stories posted by one of your previous customers. To reconnect the wires on the new switch, just push the wires in their respective slots.
