I ordered 3 replacement shelves for my fridge. Promptly received the shipment, but one of the items was damaged (the lid for the butter try shelf). I went online and started a chat with the rep from APP, and they were great. Gave them my information and told them the issue. Replacement part sent out on Monday! Great service.
