You folks are Great ! I knew my part was broken but for the life of me couldn't figure out how to remove it or put a new part back in. Found a couple places that were selling the replacement part but that still didn't tell me how to remove or replace it.
Then I found your site and not only did you have the part at the lowest price, you also had a short video showing me how to replace it. Made the job so easy I couldn't believe it!
