Support even emailed me a Samsung diagnostic document which was also helpful. I ordered and installed a fresh food compartment temp sensor and fan. After watching the repair videos the parts installed with minimal effort. Refrig worked well for 18 hours with the new parts and then the compressor seemed unable to cool. Parts worked well and well below the cost of a service call. Even though the refrig failed it was well worth a try to fix the most probable causes of the cooling issues. I would do it again given the symptoms. Customer support even contacted me to inquire about my results. Good folks.
