Removed the front panel and inspected the plastic parts. Finding some broken pieces from the handle and the F panel it attaches to, I tried gluing them back in place. Given the S-glue's lack of adhesion (except on my fingers) and the stress placed on these parts, I searched for parts.
Most sources were out of stock, but APP had a number in stock and offered the best price, to the point that I opted for overnight shipping, which I never do.
The entire process not only cost 1/3 of a comparable replacement to this 4 yr. old DW, but took less time than the R&R would have.
