I ordered the drive clutch, the drive hub, and replaced both of them. Only needed the hub, but since I had it apart I went ahead and did both anyhow. The videos were a great help in getting these repairs done. Having them simplifies the repair process. The parts went in without an issue. A $100 fix is better than spending a $1000 on a new washer. Videos were a big help, parts were delivered quickly and they were the right parts. The last time I had to repair an appliance Sears parts centers were still in business. With the videos, this service was as seemless and efficient as Sears was. In fact it was better due to the access of the videos. Minus the wait for parts. Even then I didn’t have to leave the house.
