Replaced the start relay first, that wasn't the problem. I googled trouble shoot for the make for make and model and found that five other parts could cause the problem. I ordered all five parts, replaced them and it started up. I didn't check if it would start after replacing each one, I just replaced all five, took 1-1/2 hours. Problem solved, parts cost 30% of what the least expensive dryer unit would have cost.
