Well, we have a home warranty and they were called. The Tech arrived opened the freezer and told us we needed a fan. He told us the part would be shipped to our home with an installation date of April 18th or later. Then we got another email that said the part was either on backorder or would be late arriving.
So I went on your website and found three fans for our unit. Just to make sure I bought all three and had them shipped for next-day delivery. After watching your videos on the installation. We took this on and in a matter of about 30 to 45 mins. We changed two fans one in the fresh food section and one in the freezer section. The unit is now working properly and we did not have to wait until sometime in April or later.
