Replaced all 4 shocks and both springs.
It should be noted that on a HE4 machine you can do all of this by removing the top cover panel and the front lower panel. You can reach all for shocks, use channel locks to twist off, and you can support the tub with block this way while replacing the springs from the top. Other alteration that I would recommend for replacing the springs is to actually use rope or strong wire to tie up the tub if you don't have really heavy duty zip ties. The sharp edge on the washer metal will cut through smaller zip ties.
