Dennis Z San Clemente , CA November 20, 2016 Ice flapper not closing causing ice jamming in chute Watched your videos and easily replaced the solenoid, spring, flapper etc. The only reason it took me as long as it did is I have a GE monogram side-by-side in cabinet refrigerator. It is stainless steel and required me to take off all of the stainless steel skin on the freezer side door.
