Donald B Warrensburg , MO August 18, 2014 Broken lever on the ice dispenser funnel I had started to order the part from GE at $34.95 + shipping when I did a search and found AppliancePartsPros.com. I was able to get the same part for half of the price of GE. I placed the order and actually to my surprise received the part the very next day. I watched the video provided on-line to see how to replace the part. It took me about 10 minutes and everything is working well. Beats paying a repairman to come out on their schedule and do the same thing at, I am sure, a much higher price. Thank you AppliancePartsPro.com. I wish I had found you when I did the ice bucket auger. You can rest assured that if I need any more parts you will be the first place I go. Dennis Z San Clemente , CA November 20, 2016 Ice flapper not closing causing ice jamming in chute Watched your videos and easily replaced the solenoid, spring, flapper etc. The only reason it took me as long as it did is I have a GE monogram side-by-side in cabinet refrigerator. It is stainless steel and required me to take off all of the stainless steel skin on the freezer side door. While this was not that difficult it was time-consuming. David S Nolanville , TX December 15, 2018 Appliance: General Electric Refrigerator GSH25SGRBSS We had multiple issues with our refrigerator the main dispenser panel stopped working there was clicking from somewhere and the dispenser lever was hard to push in order to get ice or water After doing some research, I thought the dispenser interface panel was the main issue with lights not working and not dispensing of ice and water, I ordered and replaced the panel. It should be noted that the clicking issue did start until sometime after we started having dispensing issues which is why I did not think the main control board was an issue. I also ordered and replaced the dispenser lever as we had issues with having to push hard in order for it to work. The dispenser interface did not correct the light, dispensing and clicking issues. After reading more on appliancepasrtspros.com about the issues we had, I found others had the exact same issues and the main control board assembly was indicated as the defective part. I ordered and install the board and all the lights and dispensing issues were solved. With the correction of those issues, I was then able to check if the new dispenser lever was working. Everything is now working as if the refrigerator was new (it is 14 years old). I have ordered other repair parts from other websites before finding appliancepartspros.com and I must say, the parts cost less, the shipping of the parts was fast and, the repair videos are remarkable. I can't imagine how much money I saved in labor costs? Love this website. Keep up the outstanding job. David S.
