Alma R Indianapolis , IN March 28, 2020 Appliance: Model WHIRLPOOL FRIDGE Ice maker door wouldn't close properly causing ice crystals to form making it impossible to use the ice maker I ordered the ice door kit, along with a new water filter, new ice guide, ice lever and water lever which came as promised. They were all in dire need of replacing. While watching your video, I was able to do the repairs/replacements quite easily. I'm a woman of 56 years who prides herself in being able to do these repairs. I truly appreciate the how-to videos your company offers. They make what might seem impossible possible.
