Kate O Slc , UT April 15, 2019 Ice maker sensor was broken, causing dripping this resulted in a large block of ice that caused the machine tray and to be damage. The video was very helpful. We removed the ice maker from the freezer. Once the unit was out we replaced the ice tray and overfill lever as these broke when the large ice mass was in the path, and was forced back in by my child. We then replaced the sensor bracket and secured with the bracket. We then reinstalled the ice maker into the freezer. It's great to have individual ice cubes. Very simple. Great products.
