Changed the Spray arm seal, Changed the Sprayarm bearing and the 3rd level wash spray. It is as good as new now (for about $20.00).
Watched the videos and became an "expert". really easy.
I also removed the lower screws and removed all debris (food residue) from the inlet of the pump. this improved the water flow. (no parts needed, just a star screw driver) very easy.
