As others have noted that performed this repair, the most difficult part of the repair was removing the hub nut, It took a lot of release compound and a lot of hammering to get it to free up. Overall not a difficult repair at all. Be sure to replace the seal in the outer tub since thats what causes the bearing in the Mode Shifter to fail.
