Eli C Culpeper , VA November 16, 2015 The microwave stopped working First I didn't know what was wrong. So I looked on Utube to get some help. I purchased a diagnostic tool, continuity tester. Using the tester I found out that a thermostat was bad. After getting the part from you guys it took me 2 minutes to replaced it and 5 minutes to put everything back.
