Russell W Chesterfield , MO November 14, 2015 Appliance: Model JDB21000AWS Rollers failed on middle rack (plastic shafts broke) Replaced rack adjuster assembly on both sides. Easy repair, and the parts arrived within 2 days. Replacement parts appear to be better designed to prevent the roller shafts from failing. Hint: The rollers on the top rack seem to be the same.
