Door won't latch or stay closed? This dishwasher door latch assembly secures the door and activates the safety switch. DIY-friendly repair in 30 minutes.
The first part I ordered was cheaper but did not include the handle. Cents I had plugged it in I figured I couldn't return the part. So I ordered the correct part and it was a piece of cake to install. The one thing I didn't understand was why they sold that part why out the handle? After looking very close I could have never put the handle on the latch assembly, and I have a lot of experience at things like this! Read more
Secures water and drain hoses in washers to prevent leaks. Replace if connections loosen or clamp shows corrosion. Confirm fit with your model number.
First off I have to say that Appliance Parts Pro's saved me from hiring a repair person, and quite possibly just getting rid of my washing machine. Their video's helped out SOOOOOOOO much and the advice one of their agents gave me over their online chat helped me trouble shoot something when I got stuck. On top of this they shipped my parts fast enough that less than 12 hrs later they arrived, which allowed me to get my machine up and running way faster than the other options I had available.... Connects dishwasher door to tension springs for balanced opening and closing. Replace if cable is broken, frayed, or detached from mounting points.
Normally when you let go of the dishwasher door partly open it would stay in that position. But lately when you let go of the door it would fall to the fully open position. Turns out this little cable was broken one one side. Just puss the dishwasher slightly out of the cabinet and you can replace the cable in minutes. It is just held in place with a spring. Read more
Traps food particles and debris to prevent clogs in your dishwasher's pump and drainage system. Replace if torn, damaged, or causing poor cleaning results.
Dishes were 'gritty' with an almost invisible coating of specks smaller than grains of salt. Prior to ordering parts, I had to determine which part(s) needed replaced and which could benefit from a good cleaning. After viewing Appliance Parts Pros YouTube Videos, I removed the Main Manifold (snaps right off) including the Top Spray Arm. I discovered the Flappers of the Docking Station (AP6009888) were worn out and/or missing. I removed the Docking Station simply by popping the old one off... Read more
Fixes weak spray and poor cleaning caused by a worn impeller. Mounts on the circulation pump to drive water through spray arms. DIY-friendly repair.
Motor shaft was stripped, replaced with new shaft from Motor Seal Kit. Impeller was also cracked, so replaced it as well. I did run in to a small problem, the chopper blade was pressing against the metal grate on the piece that goes back over the motor seal. I spent about an hour messing with it, but thought maybe once it's all together it'll be fine. When you screw the impeller on, it pushes down the seals, which pushes down the chopper blade. Video on Motor Seal Kit page made it an... Read more

Fortunately everything snapped on except one part. I've reordered the right part. BTW Appliance Parts Pros is absolutely the best place to source parts. Most places just don't seem to stock anything. I've never had a problem with this company. In fact, the parts are usually at our door in 2-3 days. Never ever thought I'd enjoy ordering appliance parts. This company has changed the way I shop for parts. 5 Stars!! Read more
Fixes loose or broken fold-away tines that won't stay in place on your dishwasher rack. This gray latch snaps into position in minutes. Easy DIY fix.
Replaces a broken, stretched, or fatigued dishwasher door spring that counterbalances the door weight. Restores controlled opening and closing.
Removed screws from sides pieces into the cabinets, then pulled out washer several inches. Found one of the springs had stretched and the door cable had broken at the hook. Replaced both items and pushed washer back in. It was a little tricky to get washer back into the same position. Found that the water connection was rigid copper pipe and now was leaking at the fitting into the washer. Turned off water, removed kick plate, removed nut at flare joint and retightened. Last steps were... Read more

Replace your dishwasher door seal to stop leaks and restore proper moisture containment. Fits into the tub channel for a watertight barrier. Confirm fit.
I ordered a new rubber door seal for around door, new bottom door seal and spinner impeller and nut to hold on bottom arm as it looked weak. Everything worked great except bottom door seal which looks slightly different and would NOT stay on. I ended up putting back on the old one. Door doesnt leak but not sure it would even be worth it sending part back as I already tossed bag out. Other parts worked great and DW cleaning better. Read more

First, we called a repairman who could not come for a week. He quoted $300.00 for the trip, cost of parts plus the repair. I read the comments made on this site and found it hard to believe the statements from people saying how easy this repair job is. I decided to trust the people and ordered the parts and made the repair myself. It took me one minute to fix the problem. All those comment were right target, Thanks, Ed Read more
