I had already put an order in for a new washing machine before I stumbled upon your spider arm repair video at which point I promptly canceled the order. Until I saw the video I didn't even know what a spider arm was. I started by fully disassembling the washer and built a parts list as I went along of the things I thought should be replaced. I placed my order and while the order was being processed I power washed the tub and drum. Once the parts arrived I put the whole thing together in a couple of hours. Hopefully we'll get another ten years out of the washer. Thanks!
