As anyone with this model knows, the water line frequently freezes. Unfortunately, my husband used the hair dryer right on the dispenser biscuit and warped it. I watched the video on replacing this part, and decided it was pretty simple, so I also ordered a housing shield, just in case, and was glad I did, as ours was cracked and would have completely broken soon. I followed the video instructions and replaced both parts pretty easily. Thanks for the great instructional video!
