I replaced the shock absorbers. The phone representative was very friendly and helpful ording the correct parts for my washer and my order was shipped the same day. Received parts in 3 days. There was a really great video with step by step instruction that made no guess work for me. I completed the job in about an hour. The washer is working well and not moving anymore.
