It hade a blockage in the water tank head assembly, I ordered both , the water head assembly and the daul water valve . Was going to return water valve but could not figure ot how to get it off without damaging the plastic seats so I replaced both. It was no problem to do and took me all of about 45 minutes, and that included emptying the fridge. This site is a big help, you can ask questions and I shoped around for the parts and they had the best price, but the best thing more than price is they will let you return any part so for me that is good.
