I replaced the bearing and seal using the bearing installation tool and kit. It took a little longer than anticipated due to the fact that the tub and shaft had seized together, but with the suggestion from a repair video I was able to get them apart. I took the time to clean everything up including the filter which had a few coins in it. Now I have no leaks!
