Robert B Sherman , TX November 17, 2014 Wire was broken in the grid cutter First, I ordered replacement wire; couldn't wrap it tight enough to get the ice cut cleanly. ordered the entire grid-cutter assembly. Two screws and unplug two wires and it's done. Took about 5-10 minutes. Very easy to do. Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes
