Electrolux Range Heating Element

This is the broil heating element located at the top of the oven cavity, responsible for producing high, direct heat for broiling food. It is a looped metal element that glows red when energized. Replace this element if the broiler does not heat, heats unevenly, or if visible damage such as blistering, cracking, or burn-through spots are present.

Bake element restores oven heat by producing the radiant heat needed for baking and roasting. Replacing a worn or damaged bake element helps the oven reach and maintain set temperatures for more consistent cooking results. What it does:

• Heats the oven cavity to provide direct radiant heat for baking and roasting.
• Use when the element shows visible breaks, blistering, or does not glow when the oven is set to high.
• Common symptom indicators: oven won't reach set temperature, uneven baking, or longer-than-normal cook times.
• Works as a direct replacement for the oven's lower/bake heating element.

• Disconnect power at the breaker or unplug the appliance before starting any repair.
• Allow the oven to cool completely and wear gloves to avoid sharp edges.
• Match the part to your model and terminal layout before installing; tighten connections securely.

Oven not heating properly or baking unevenly? This bake element heats the oven cavity to reach and maintain baking temperatures for cooking and roasting.

This 4,000-watt broil element is mounted at the top of the oven cavity and provides intense direct heat for broiling. It glows red when operating and radiates heat downward onto food placed on the upper rack. Replace this element if the oven does not broil, heats unevenly during broiling, or if the element shows visible damage such as blistering, cracking, or burn-through spots.

This is the electric heating element located inside the warming drawer of a range. It provides low, steady heat to keep cooked food warm until serving. Replace this element if the warming drawer no longer heats, heats unevenly, or if the element is visibly damaged or burned out.
