Needles to say I was furious. The thing is practically new. I went online and ordered the parts ,they arrived in two days. Any sensible person would have looked to see if this was a job hey could do before ordering parts. I always go to How-to online to find out how to fix things , sure enough there was a shower video showing how to take the microwave door apart.
