Jonathan F Walker , MI June 12, 2014 Dishwasher dreaked out during drying cycle flashed "er" on screen Just removed from front and the console. I wound up replacing the control board because the technician that I had come out said that's what was wrong and it would cost $250 to fix. I replaced the control board and it didn't fix the problem. After doing more research and searching out the error codes, I discovered I had to replace the console. so i did. I was able to return this control board and buy the console. That return policy was fantastic. I was so worried I was going to have to eat the cost of the wrong part all because the technician told me the wrong thing. I love appliancepartspros.com and I will be using them again the next time something breaks. Dennis R Cortland , NY August 08, 2014 Appliance: Frigidaire Dishwasher GLD4355RFB3 Control board dishwasher Contacted customer service trying to troubleshoot dishwasher problem. Spoke with very helpful lady who worked through issues. She and tech decided it was control board. I got off phone and ordered part by 4:00 pm. I had the part the next morning and in 10 minutes dishwasher was running. Customer service like this is near non-existent these days, especially with the big box places. They helped me without knowing I would buy part from them. I will not hesitate to use this company anytime I have appliance issues or just need parts. Bill G Madison , MS September 21, 2015 Appliance: Frigidaire Dishwasher FGHD2433KF1 Control board had to be replaced The problem started because the dishwasher would not fill with water. At first it was believed to be the water control valve. it was replaced but the problem was still there. Ran some test with a volt meter (Not sure I really did them right) and it did not appear as the water inlet valve was not getting any power. Check a couple of other connections and that did not show any power either. Order the control board and waited for its arrival. The control board is located inside the door so I located 8 screws on the inside of the door and when they were undone the door fell off onto the floor. Control panel was then located in its protective plastic box. The old one was removed by taking out the screws and unplugging it. the connecting the new control board and plugging up all the connections. Turned the water and power back on to the system and tested it and it ran like it was supposed to. Turned off the water and power again and reassembled the washer and it has worked ever since.
