Joseph P Palmyra , PA April 10, 2015 Leaking from the bottom of the tub door The dishwasher is 4 years old, so I figured since it was leaking from the bottom, replacing the Tub Gasket PN: AP5690109, Splash Shield Kit PN: AP4338941 , and the bottom Door Seal/Gasket PN: AP5809675 was a good idea; the machine probably has around 1200 cycles in 4 years. There's no telling how much the door had opened and closed!? The bottom Door Seal/Gasket was badly worn, and the entire job took me around 30 minutes which included the detailed cleaning of the mating flanges. Take your time, it's an easy job... Tim H North Canton , OH December 17, 2017 Frigidaire dishwasher was leaking at bottom of door Frigidaire dishwasher was leaking at bottom of door. I ordered the tub gasket replacement and door gasket replacement. Repair took less than five minutes and no tools were needed. I ran a cycle and the leaking has stopped. Thank you, appliance parts pro.com for the video resource and great customer service. This was a very small amount of risk to absorb considering it cost you $70 just to shake a repair contractors hand as you let them in the door. Not to mention they’re marked up parts and it would’ve been billed as a 15 minute to half hour repair. John L Ashdown , AR December 02, 2016 It leaked really bad I put in 4 new parts ad gave it a try. had water under dish washer about the size of a half dollar , I dried it up and washed more dishes and pots. No leak that time, and it has been doing fine since. I'd say water was just what was laying on the water lines and shook off. If you see water the first time don't worry wipe it up and use it some more to see if it leaks. GOOD LUCK!!!
