I never respond to these kinds of requests but I must respond to this one because of your superior service! The best story here was that I ordered the parts from AppliancePartsPros at 4:15 p.m. one day, and they were on my porch by 2:00 p.m. the next day!! I am very impressed, so please keep up the great work. I'll add that the prices were the best I found too. The dishwasher wheels replacement didn't require tools & took less than 15 minutes. The original design/materials are not very good and the new ones appear far better. I had replaced one wheel not long ago and here I was replacing another, already. I recommend replacing the entire set of 8 to prevent future repairs. [The price for the whole set is not much different than the price for 2 separate repairs]. Whats more, APP charged the same $ to ship all 8 wheels plus the 4 washer restraints mentioned below, so they are not stiffing you for shipping. The repairs tookm about 15 minutes. The washer repair was easy too. I had already replaced one front tub restraint less than a month ago, but both front restraints were now broken. [I suspect the older front part broke and the newer one was not strong enough to take the load and broke too! To prevent repeating the repair again soon, I recommend you replace all 4 restraints at time same time.] Between the top lid & front cover are two clips, one on each side. Hold a screwdriver against the each clip with one hand and hit the handle with the palm of your hand. The front cover is then released and can be rotated forward and lifted up to set aside. There are 2 brackets that hold the the lid to the cabinet sides. Remove them with a 1/4" wrench or socket (preferred). Lift the lid high enough to get to the rear restraints and use a prop on each side to support it. The restraints are held to the tub and cabinet by hex head screws on top (5/16") and bottom (1/4"). Before removing, them note the positioning of the restraints and duplicate that in assembling the new ones. One at a time, remove and replace the old restraints. Reassemble the lid and front, and your back in business. The whole repair takes about 30-45 minutes. Save the unbroken restraints in case of future failures and you need run the washer before you can get new parts; they'll do for a short time if your in a bind.

I ordered the proper rollers from Appliance Parts and replaced them in about 3 minutes.

You must understand that I am a a "mature adult" better known as senior citizen and become frustrated when things don't work correctly. At first, no clue what to do. thought I would need a whole bottom rack which was quite pricey, then I googled GE dishwater parts. Right there in the first listing was Appliance Pro. Thank goodness. I watched the video, got the model number , ordered the parts and in three days I now have a botton dish rack that rolls out correctly. This will put me on the track of Pro Appliances with other rather simple fixes.The videos are a great tool.

Put new wheels on
