Chris S Victor , NY January 31, 2015 Both the rack slide end cap and dishrack roller axle on side of my dishwasher broke ignored this until the other side (of the rack) came loose! Fixed it while listening to my child read a story! I really appreciated the quality of your web site - the diagrams made it easy for me to double-check that I was purchasing the correct parts. Floyd N Kalamazoo , MI January 21, 2018 Water leaking out when washed top rack falling out I thought I was going to have to break down and get a new dishwasher. My aging Triton XL worked great, but it leaked really badly when I used it, and the rollers would come off for the top rack so I had to be really careful with it. I finally decided to look around and see if there was any kind of fix or spare parts available for it. I was surprised to come across appliancepartspros web site that had complete parts list with pictures and full diagrams to show where they go, AND videos on how to replace many of the parts. I found replacement rollers for my rack, and a new seal for the door. The cost with shipping was ridiculously low, something like $30-$35, don't remember exact amount. I got the parts within about 2 days. Both were easy to replace. I cleaned up around all the parts of the dishwasher while I had the covers off, and now everything works great and looks pretty good too now that it's clean again. The rest of the components all looked really good, so I may still be using this dishwasher 10 years from now. If I do need another part, I now know where I can find it too.
