Justin H Missoula , MT September 27, 2021 Leak from underneath the unit We pulled the dishwasher out, took it to the garage and set it up on sawhorses and planks so we could access the bottom. We plugged it in and filled it with water and ran a quick cycle. As soon as the circulation pump kicked on water came spraying out from the rubber boot in the diverter assembly. It appears that there was a factory defect in the hose. Unfortunately, the water got into the pump motor over a few loads and was eroding the brushes on the motor. We decided to replace it as well. Graphite was all over in the cooling ports. It's working great again after replacing both parts and the overnight shipping was amazing. Clint M St. Helens , OR October 26, 2020 Large leaking from under the unit Had to remove old diverter and replace with new one. The first part I put in got ruined due to not having it fully engaged with the spout on the wash pump. When tightening the clamp, the tube on the diverter was cut causing it to become unusable. The second attempt with another new diverter went much better. I assembled the diverter to the wash pump first, then installed them on the dishwasher as a unit. Tightened everything up, connect wires and plugs, turned on the power and started it up. Checked for leaks and didn't find any. Repair was a success!
