Joseph L Rochester , MN June 28, 2015 Appliance: Model GTWP1800DOWW The stem on the load level pressure switch broke off I ordered the part from appliance parts PROS.com and received it in two days. very good. I removed the front switch panel of my GE washer and removed the old switch and installed the new one. in doing this I broke a small plastic holder on the panel, this was not the new part's problem, it was the manufacturer of the machine, very poor design. however I was able to secure the switch in place and the washer works fine. Steven P Lincoln , NE January 16, 2017 Washer overfilling I bought a pressure switch from APPRO, I replaced it but it didn't fix the problem, it turned out to be the plastic box on the tub, all I had to do was blow it out there was a blockage in there. I'm happy with APPRO because even though I didn't need it they got the part here super fast, and also I have a new pressure switch. Thanks, Steve. Read More... Vicky F Vallejo , CA August 11, 2016 I broke a knob on my washing machine which meant not only did i have to replace the knob but also the switch this was for the water level I bought the parts from Appliance PartsPros.com and got a much better deal than buying them from GE directly. I big difference too. I had my son do the repairs. He had to remove scews from the back of the washer to get inside where the switch went. I would say it took him less than an hour to fix it. Unfortunately I wasn't paying enough attention. Get your parts here!! I wish there were better instructions for fixing things. I might have been able to do this job myself. Read More...
