Merle D Tucson , AZ August 15, 2017 Appliance: General Electric Microwave SCB1000MWW001 Our microwave stopped working the only indication of power was the turntable would rotate with the door closed ther were no other visible signs of power to the unit I contacted Appliance Parts Pros, and told them what the problem was and what it was doing. They sent me an email with the parts number needed to complete the repair. This was a built in a cabinet unit and I required help removing it and reinstalling it. The repair was relative easy once I had the parts and it took approximately four hours,. It took longer getting to the defective parts than replacing them. I'm not an appliance repairman so I really did take my time doing this project. After confirmed with a Appliance Parts Pros customer service (chat with Mr. Joshua). I bought an OEM Thermostat WB21X10149 (Appliance Part Pros' part number AP4344246) and replaced the burnt out one.
