Problem fixed. The thermostat (KSD1 XS3 145/0) was brown. After confirmed with a Appliance Parts Pros customer service (chat with Mr. Joshua). I bought an OEM Thermostat WB21X10149 (Appliance Part Pros' part number AP4344246) and replaced the burnt out one. The GE Microwave Oven restarted and works normally now.
