Allen W Champions Gate , FL May 03, 2020 Timer switch on clothes dryer was broken. Went through several knobs but finally had to use pliers to turn it on, which was not a long term solution. Randall H Gunter , TX April 27, 2018 Timer stem broke Diagnosed the problem and found that the stem on the knob was stripped and broken.I took a picture of the model and sn. on my phone. I gave an option for website link ,which was awesome and very easy, I then ordered the required parts and installed them. Tested everything and reassembled , and bam I’m back in business. Wife is happy because she was having to use pliers to use the dryer before the repair. I’m really happy with the ease of ordering the correct parts.
