Richard S La Junta , CO July 19, 2021 Washer was bouncing around out of balance. First it was covered under warranty. They sent a repair person out and he said it had an extra washer holding the tub down to the transmission. He removed the washer and it worked for about a month then the same thing started happening again. I took the washer apart and realized it was missing the washer hub which holds the tub off the bottom. Problem is fixed now, go GE. Maybe include all the parts in your washing machines.
