We took the old ones off and put the new ones on..it was easy to do ..I want to say that the girl (I think her name was Heidi) she was a big help ,she made sure that I had the right parts,I ask her to show me the picture to make sure that they look like the part ..She was a really big help. I did a survey when I ordered the parts to..Thank you for your help and the parts Anna P
