This is a double drip pan is made for ranges, stoves, and cooktops. This is a genuine replacement part made by General Electric. The double drip pan is situated underneath two heated elements and is able to catch any food or debris that fall when cooking. The double drip pan is there to catch any and all waste so that the user may easily clean up after the heat is turned off and the appliance is cooled down.A new double drip pan might be needed if the current one is damaged in any way including being broken or bent so that is it not fully secure under the burner. The seal came with no clips, as video of repair showed. Also no instructions with part. After pondering the sisuation, found screw in both side of oven wall in front of oven and a clip at the top of the oven, held with screws.
