I read alot of blogs about the same similar symptom, but none described by exact problem. I kept reading how the compressor relay would make a click noise or sisal. I also found out the overload switch could cause a like symptom. The end result being that upon removal of the relay, it was discolored and made a rattling noise when shook. Chatted online with a an individual from Appliance Parts Pros regarding replacement bulbs and instructions for our GE Profile PSHW6YGXCDSS Side-By-Side Refrigerator and our GE Advantium SCA2001 Cooking Tool. He gave me the part numbers for the bulbs and they were ordered and delivered very quickly.
The bulbs for the the Advantium (WB36X10328 ) were easy to replace using just a screwdriver to remove and replace the protective covers under the appliance.

Ordered new door seal for both doors (OEM GE parts from AppliancePartsPros.com.). Laid out new seals on flat surface (face down) to relax over night. Before installation I used a hair drier on high to heat and relax the seal, used drier more on wrinkled areas. Removed old seals and cleaned grooved and flat area with window cleaner. Starting at top, apply tenon on back of seal in grove. Grasp thickness of door with fingers and push seal tenon into grove with thumb then run thumb or fingers...

1) By using google to find videos on why the door wouldn't close, I found out I needed new cams, those same videos also showed how to remove and replace the door.
2) Then by googling the fridge model number and the word 'cam', I was able to find the parts.
3) Taking the door off was simple, I needed a phillips head screwdriver to remove the hinge cover, however the screws in the hinge plate were so tight, I needed a side handle socket wrench to loosen them.
