Chatted online with a an individual from Appliance Parts Pros regarding replacement bulbs and instructions for our GE Profile PSHW6YGXCDSS Side-By-Side Refrigerator and our GE Advantium SCA2001 Cooking Tool. He gave me the part numbers for the bulbs and they were ordered and delivered very quickly.
The bulbs for the the Advantium (WB36X10328 ) were easy to replace using just a screwdriver to remove and replace the protective covers under the appliance.

I unplugged the fridge and took all the food and shelving out of the freezer and then proceeded to take off the bottom sliding drawer rack on both sides off (4 Phillips head screws).
