Freezer not cooling or fan not running? This evaporator fan motor circulates cold air across coils to maintain even temperatures. DIY-friendly repair.
Through troubleshooting and videos from Appliance Parts Pros, I actually had ordered 3 different parts until coming to the conclusion that it was the Evaporator Fan Motor. The old fan was working, but apparently not to its' full capacity. The greatest part of dealing with Appliance Parts Pros is being able to return parts if they are discovered to not be the correct ones. It makes it nice for DIY'ers. Read more
